Message from the Founder

After graduating, I faced a challenging 15-month journey of job searching, which pushed me to explore entrepreneurship as an alternative path. During my first internship at the CCAP Synod Secretariat, I had the privilege of working with Martin Boogaard, a consultant whose dedication and hard work inspired me deeply. Martin shared invaluable startup materials with me, which played a crucial role in shaping my entrepreneurial journey and decision to become a consultant.

Inspired further by a business seminar led by Henry Kachaje, I took the leap and started my own business. What began as a leap of faith has now grown into a thriving enterprise with over 2,570 satisfied clients, 15 valued partners, and 520 success stories spanning 8 years.

Our journey hasn’t been easy, but the impact we’ve made fuels our drive to continue growing. As we set our sights on global expansion, we’re excited to bring our expertise, innovation, and commitment to new markets worldwide. This is just the beginning of our global journey!

Message from the CO Founder

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Malawi Assemblies of God University, I was eager to make my mark in the world. I didn’t have to look far for inspiration—my brother, Daniel Steven Nyirenda, had already laid a strong foundation with the business he started. Watching his perseverance and success as an entrepreneur motivated me to join him in this venture.

In 2019, shortly after my graduation, I began working on the startup alongside Daniel. From the very beginning, I was determined to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table. My background in content creation allowed me to contribute in unique ways, helping to shape the company’s vision and direction. Together, we’ve turned many of those ideas into reality, driving the business forward and making a real impact.

Working with Daniel has been a rewarding experience, and I’m proud of the role I’ve played in expanding the business. We’re not just growing a company; we’re building a legacy of innovation and empowerment that I’m excited to be a part of.
